Given that I have three kids which I raise alone, I need to make sure that everything I do is aimed in making sure my kids grow up to be wonderful individuals. They are my life, and I would be more than willing to sacrifice everything just so they can be given all the things they need. Since they are in their growing stages, I need to make sure that they get a well-balanced diet, some exercise and enough sleep in order to grow.
Sleep is one of the essential fundamentals to ensure a child’s health. This is why I never take this for granted and make it a point that my kids get to sleep at least eight hours on a given day.
